Ioakim Chatzisavvas

I'm a 17-year-old entrepreneur and developer from Mytilene, a small island in Greece called Lesvos. I've been starting businesses since I was 14 years old. Some worked, some didn't — but I never stopped. Right now I'm building Dream AI, an app that turns your dreams into AI-generated videos of you living them, while running FullBook.gr with my friend in the background for steady cashflow. Every project I've worked on has taught me something new, and I'm just getting started.

About Me

I'm 17 and I live on a small Greek island. I don't have a CS degree, I've never been to Silicon Valley, and nobody in my family works in tech. But none of that stopped me from building things.

I started my first business at 14 — a dropshipping store that made exactly one sale for €15. I didn't care. I just wanted to see if I could make something work on the internet. Since then, I've started over 10 projects. Most of them failed or made very little. A few worked — I made €12K in 45 days reselling streetwear at 15, grew social media pages to 90K+ total followers, built an online community of 2,700 people, and launched a tourism media network generating revenue across Greek islands. None of these were huge wins, but each one taught me something I couldn't learn in school.

Eventually I got frustrated that I had business ideas but couldn't build them myself. So I taught myself to code — React Native, TypeScript, Firebase, Expo. It was hard. I'm still learning every day. But now I can go from idea to working product on my own, and that changed everything for me.

Right now I'm all in on Dream AI — an app where you describe a dream and get a cinematic AI video of yourself living it. You can add friends, family, celebrities, pets — anyone you saw. Instead of telling someone "I saw you in my dream last night," you show them. It's live on the App Store with 100+ downloads and paying subscribers. I built the full product myself — chaining GPT-4, AI image generation, and Kling AI video into one pipeline. In the background, I'm running FullBook.gr with my friend — a tourism marketing platform across Greek islands that keeps steady revenue coming in.

I'm not going to pretend my numbers are impressive by Silicon Valley standards. But I think what matters is that I've been building relentlessly since I was 14, from a small island where nobody was doing this stuff, and I haven't stopped once. I just keep going.

Dream AI
Founder & CEO · Sep 2025 – Present
This is what I'm putting all my energy into. Dream AI is an iOS app where users describe a dream and the app generates a cinematic AI video of them living it. The magic is in the pipeline — GPT-4 builds the scene from your description, AI generates an image with your face composited in, then Kling AI turns it into a cinematic video with camera movements. I built the entire product myself from scratch, from the animated AI orb conversation to the full video generation pipeline. This is the project I want to take all the way.

ACHIVR
Technical Contributor · Oct 2025 – Present
An AI-powered app by my close collaborator where users set a personal goal and receive a 90-day plan with AI-generated videos showing them achieving it. I contributed to the video generation pipeline development, provided the app architecture skeleton based on my Dream AI codebase, and hold 10% equity. The AI video experience I built for Dream AI directly powered the technical foundation of ACHIVR.

Co-Founder · Jun 2025 – Sep 2025
My first real tech business. We built and sold AI receptionist solutions to local businesses — restaurants, barbershops, small shops — helping them automate customer calls and bookings using AI voice technology. I generated €1K in revenue and grew the brand to over 6,000 followers. I paused it to focus on school and Dream AI, but it proved to me that I could sell a real tech product to real businesses.

Founder & CEO · Jul 2025 – Present
Built a multi-destination tourism media network designed to scale local travel promotion across Greece. Developed and structured Instagram pages for destinations including Lesvos, Chios, Samos, Ikaria, Naxos, Milos, Rhodes, Paros, Corfu, and Zakynthos. Designed the operating model to connect local businesses with travelers through digital media, content, and paid partnerships. Focused on building scalable infrastructure, content standards, and local guide networks. So far it's generated about €2,000 in revenue. This is my steady cashflow business that runs in the background while I focus on Dream AI.

Events Pages — Growth & Paid Partnerships
Founder · Jun–Jul 2024
I launched three Instagram pages — events.athens, events_thessaloniki, and eventslesvos — with the goal of promoting nightlife events through paid partnerships. Events.athens grew to 17K followers, events_thessaloniki to 10K, and eventslesvos to 2,100. I got to network with major names in the Greek clubbing scene like Toquel and secured valuable connections in Athens and Thessaloniki. The bigger pages didn't attract enough engagement from major events, so I closed them — but eventslesvos kept running as a profitable side hustle.

Seasonal Operations · Jun 2022 – Aug 2025
My family runs two boutique hotels on Lesvos, and I've been co-managing operations every summer since I was 14. This is where I learned customer service, how to handle bookings, deal with guest complaints, and run a real business day-to-day. It's not glamorous, but it gave me a work ethic and understanding of business operations that most people my age don't have.

Founder · Jul 2023 – Sep 2023
This was my biggest money-making venture before tech. On July 9, 2023, I launched Dragon.kickzz — an Instagram-based reselling business selling streetwear accessories. In just 45 days, the business generated over €12,000 in sales and brought in a profit of approximately €6,500. I was 15 years old. I personally handled the manual packaging and shipping of every single product. I also navigated tax regulations and mastered the art of negotiating with customers.

Founder · Apr 2023 – Aug 2023
At the age of 15, I founded and managed Wifi-Grinders.gr — an online community focused on self-improvement, financial growth, and entrepreneurship. The community grew fast, reaching over 2,700 members in just a few months. I monetized it through affiliate marketing programs including Viber Pay, Temu, and Superpayme.com, generating approximately €700 in earnings. I even hired a team of moderators and ambassadors. It taught me community building, leadership, and how to manage people.

Founder · Early 2023
Between my two most notable dropshipping ventures, I experimented with multiple products — solar light panels, spoon gram scales, electronic-controlled Christmas lights. One product stood out — plasma balls. So I built ThunderStorm.gr, a Shopify site with a custom purple and black theme. It didn't generate sales, but the experience massively improved my web design skills.

Founder · Dec 2022 – Mar 2023
At the age of 14, I launched my second dropshipping business. A Shopify store modeled after MyProtein, selling hand grippers. I gained significant insights into e-commerce — TikTok ads, organic content creation, and customer engagement. Sales totaled around €100, but the knowledge was invaluable.

WeLoveFire
Founder · Sep 2022 – Oct 2022
This is where it all started. At the age of 14, I launched my very first business — a dropshipping store selling unique fire lighters sourced from AliExpress. I built the website on Shopify, created a TikTok account, and secured my first-ever sale — a €15 order via Cash on Delivery. WeLoveFire was a small endeavor, but it laid the groundwork for everything that came after.
